Shipping & Return Policy

We want to make sure you love your Pearls purchase! We will happily accept returns and refunds for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with tags attached within 14 days of purchase, unless those items were purchased on a final sale.

Pearls offers free shipping to their customers.  You can either ship them back to us using our USPS return label that we provide or return the items in-store at 2639 Mission Street, San Marino, CA 91108. 

A USPS return label will be enclosed in your package that you may use to return item in the original box. You will also receive an order confirmation and shipping email that gives you the option to print your return label.  Just attach return label to the original shipping box.

Please check the items that are being returned on the invoice and enclose them in the box. Then, either drop it off at your local US Post Office or give it to your postman.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we'll refund the original form of payment for your returned item.

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please place a new order for replacement and return the original item to Pearls. Orders are limited to one size per color.
